FROM PASTURE TO PLATE: HOW WE RAISE OUR CHICKENS
Our broiler chickens spend their first 2 weeks of life in heated brooding houses until they grow feathers for warmth. They are then placed in shelters that are moved daily to fresh grass, where the chickens enjoy sunshine, bugs, and green forage, while still having protection from inclement weather and predators.
After harvesting, they are frozen and bagged for freshness.
These backs are great for making savory broth, or for raw pet food.
